Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests and team members. To secure just that, we have rigorous procedures and routines in place at Lautan Biru regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing We are following the guidelines from WHO and the local health departments and have implemented strict health and safety procedures to ensure your safety from arrival to checkout.  Villa is sanitized and disinfected after each guest departure and again before every checkin. Specific steps we are taking include:

• Our team members are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines

• Prior to entering the resort guests body temperature will be checked by a non contact thermometer and a hand sanitising station is at guest disposal upon arrival. Additional room amenities such as mask and hand sanitizer will also be available 

• Sanitizing and Disinfectant measures : We are using a ULV fogger which allows us to sanitize the Villa after each checkout and again before every new guests arrival. 

• We are implementing physical distancing
